Software Engineer Intern
The interview process starts with a video resume, followed by an online assessment covering aptitude and logical reasoning. Next, there's a technical interview, then a managerial round, and finally a CEO round. All these rounds are 30-40 minutes long and were generally easy. The selection process is good, focusing on potential rather than strict skills.
- Can you explain linked list concepts and their applications?
- How would you approach sorting an array? Please describe an algorithm.
Technical Lead
Had 2 technical rounds, one virtual and one in person. Both went fine. Was supposed to have a final round with a director on the same day as the in-person interview. They made me wait for an hour and then rescheduled for a few days later. The director's interview felt like an HR round; he asked about how many companies I'd worked for and my feedback from appraisals at each. He seemed unprepared and asked random questions. The HR person was focused on joining dates before the interview and didn't respond with feedback afterward. Please be respectful of people's time, especially when asking them to come in person twice. Also, ensure the interviewer is qualified; the director seemed more like an HR manager and could have handled a screening round. I've heard good things about the company, but the interview process needs improvement, particularly for experienced candidates.

Software Engineer
So I went through a four-round interview for this role. First up was an online test, about 45 minutes, with aptitude and some behavioral stuff. It felt pretty solid for checking problem-solving and understanding behavioral concepts. Then, the second round was a technical interview, around 40-50 minutes. They threw some data structures and OOPS problems at me, medium difficulty, and I had to code it on paper. It was enough time to explain my thinking. Round three was a mix of behavioral and managerial questions, lasting 30-45 minutes. Two interviewers, one HR-focused, the other on how I'd handle workplace situations like team conflicts. Finally, the fourth round was with the CTO, about 30-40 minutes. We talked about my life journey and past failures, and they shared their experiences too. It was a cool, engaging chat.
- In Java, how do you handle a Null Pointer Exception and prevent it?
- Can you explain how to reverse words at odd positions in a sentence and your implementation strategy?
- How would you go about printing all unique permutations of a string in lexicographical order?
