Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kane & Krowe.
Marketing Assistant
I applied for the job on Linkedin and then got an email the very next day to schedule an interview. We did the interview later that week. It was just one interview with Kane and Krowe, and it was like a first informational kind of round.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths?
- And what about your weaknesses?
Marketing
The interview process was very professional and they were on time for appointment. Had to be via zoom because of the pandemic. Seems like a fun company to work for. The job was not exactly what I was looking for but would think it would be a good work environment with a lot of room to grow.
- Are you comfortable taking on a leadership role?
- Do you feel comfortable working in a setting where you interact with people face-to-face?
Marketing Assistant
I applied through LinkedIn and got a reply from HR a few days later. I had an interview the following week, and they said they would be in touch. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them.
- Can you go over the experience on your resume?
- Do you prefer the creative or business aspects of marketing?
- What makes you want to join our company?
