All the interviews were done virtually. The first two were on Zoom and the last one was a phone call. I talked to a few people from the company during the process, which gave me a good sense of the company. The hiring manager explained the day-to-day responsibilities really well, so if you have questions, just ask. They were really direct and polite.

The interview process wasn't particularly unusual, but it was a bit strange because the people who interviewed me seemed to be around my age. I'm 22, so I thought it was odd to be interviewed by people who are essentially my peers.

It was pretty thorough. The hiring manager was professional but nice and friendly, which helped me feel more at ease. There were 3 steps to the interview to make sure I was a good fit for the company and they were a good fit for me. The 3 interviews also let me meet some different team members and get a feel for the company culture. After my interviews, I knew it was the right place for me, so I'm really glad I went for it.

The interview was really chill and felt like a regular conversation. They gave me a lot of info about the company and talked about their values. It was on Zoom, which might be a bit tough if you're more of an in-person person, but honestly, everyone I talked to made it a good experience!
