So I got an offer from Kalypso on May 10th, which I accepted and signed the same day. The next day, they contacted me saying there was an issue with their website where I uploaded the signed offer. They asked me not to tell my current employer about leaving yet, but I'd already done that since I accepted Kalypso's offer. For the next 9 days, I checked in every day or two about the website issue and my start date. They kept assuring me they were working on it and my start date would remain the same. Then, on May 19th, they called to say the position was closed and they wouldn't be proceeding with the hire. This left me in a tough spot with my current employer because I had already informed them.

The interview process had two rounds. The first was an in-person interview on campus. The second round was a phone call with a panel. The first round had a standard behavioral question and a quick, unusual case-style question that didn't have a clear right answer, which I think was intentional to see how I'd approach it.

It was a pretty standard interview process. The recruiter was good and kept me in the loop. There were several Zoom interviews, which gave me the opportunity to interact with people from different parts of the firm. It took a bit longer than I hoped, but it was fine.
