First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kaleris.
Technical Support Engineer
It was a simple interview process with 4 rounds. First, there was an aptitude test, then a technical round, followed by a non-technical round, and finally an HR round. The aptitude and technical rounds included questions on basic Java and SQL. The non-technical round involved questions about the role and its specifics, starting with your introduction, and included a task to speak about any topic for a minute.

Financial Analyst
So I applied for a Senior Financial Analyst role at Kaleris (which is Navis) via LinkedIn. A recruiter from Kaleris emailed me the next day and then called. We discussed the job, my background, and my salary expectations. A few days later, the recruiter scheduled my first interview with a VP. After that, the recruiter called again to set up my second interview, this time with the CFO, which went well. The recruiter then contacted me to schedule a third call with a manager, but it got postponed due to their technical issues. I had the third interview, which was supposed to be the last one. When I asked the recruiter for an update, they said there was one more round with another VP. So for the fourth round, two VPs interviewed me. I followed up again, and the recruiter informed me that one of the VPs wanted to interview me again because they thought I'd be a better fit for their team. I wasn't thrilled but agreed. The fifth interview was with that VP. After five rounds and six interviewers from senior management, I still hadn't heard back. When I finally reached out for an update, the recruiter called to say I wasn't selected. So that's the end of my Kaleris interview saga. It took a whole month, five rounds, and six interviewers just to get rejected. I'm fine with rejection, but the process was unnecessarily long and a waste of my time and energy. Honestly, it was my worst interview experience. Looking back, I'm actually glad they didn't pick me.

Software Engineer
I applied through my University campus drive. We had a coding and aptitude test. After the tests, they shortlisted very few students for interviews. Round 1 was a Technical interview, and it covered most CS topics well. Round 2, another Technical interview, went deep into application process flow and memory management. We also discussed optimization and multi-processing, and it ended with a question about my project. Round 3 was a Managerial interview, focusing on the company's fast-paced work culture and diversity, with related questions. Then, it ended with searching techniques and a discussion on time complexity. Finally, Round 4 was an HR interview, where they asked about hypothetical situations, my family background, future goals, and how I see myself growing with and contributing to the company.

Devops Engineer
The interview process spanned two days. On the first day, I had my initial round. Day two involved four to five interviews. The first interview was a technical assessment (tech 1). Students who passed tech 1 were emailed for tech 2. Those who passed tech 2 were then invited for a managerial round. Following the managerial round, the devops team conducted another interview to check my fundamental devops knowledge. If selected, the final step was an HR round, after which the results for recruited students were announced.
