The interview process took about an hour. It involved a panel of two to three supervisors who asked a lot of questions about ER protocols, including sepsis, DKA, stroke, and STEMI, as well as behavioral questions. The interview may or may not have been in person.

First they did a phone screening with some introductory questions. Then a in person interview. it was one on one, and very thought out questions. I felt very relaxed and it was mostly behavioral questions no clinical questions

So I applied for a per diem nurse job at Kaiser Panorama City. First, there was this HireVue video interview where they asked me behavioral and clinical questions. It was all about patient care scenarios, teamwork, and how I handle prioritizing stuff when things get crazy. The questions were pretty direct, asking about actual nursing situations. The whole thing moved pretty fast, and the people I interacted with were super professional. Took a few weeks from applying to getting the interview. My advice is to practice the STAR method and brush up on common nursing situations. Overall, it was a good experience, and I knew what they were looking for.
