First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KAISER.
Physical Therapy Aide
I applied online and then had a Zoom interview. I got my offer in 2 weeks and then I joined. The interview process was quick and easy overall. It took longer to hear back after applying to get the interview scheduled. But after the interview, things moved fast.
- Would you be open to working in outpatient clinics, hospitals, and different shifts?
ED Tech
It was an in-person interview with two interviewers. The vibe was really chill and positive, not tough at all. Pretty straightforward, and they showed us around the facility after.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- Can you share an instance of a conflict you had with a coworker and explain how it was resolved?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work at Kaiser?
Registered Nurse
The interview process took about an hour. It involved a panel of two to three supervisors who asked a lot of questions about ER protocols, including sepsis, DKA, stroke, and STEMI, as well as behavioral questions. The interview may or may not have been in person.
- How do you keep yourself informed about the latest in healthcare and how does this influence your work?
- What is your experience with ER protocols for sepsis?
- What is your experience with ER protocols for DKA?
Senior Consultant
I was recruited for the position and went through several stages. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I submitted an application. After that, I had a one-hour one-on-one video interview with the hiring manager. Next, I had to submit 7 short essays within 3 days. Finally, I was offered a panel interview by the hiring manager via email, with dates provided. However, about 15 minutes after receiving the email, they rescinded the offer for the panel interview, stating they weren't ready for it. I heard nothing more until the system showed I was no longer being considered for the position three months later.
- How does your previous work experience prepare you for this role?
