I had about a 30 minute chat with one of the managers. They asked me a bunch of scenario-based critical thinking questions. The only one that wasn't really behavioral was the standard 'tell me about yourself.' It was okay, but since I've worked in the ER for 6 years, I was ready for the scenario questions about who to prioritize and what to expect a doctor to order based on symptoms.

It was a solo interview with a panel of 4 people, and it lasted about 25 minutes. Make sure to arrive early because it's a long walk from the parking to the conference room. The interviewers were friendly and kept things casual. They mentioned they couldn't guarantee a full-time position after the precepted part of the program if I were to get an offer.

AVOID KAISER! When I've interviewed before, the hiring manager or supervisor wasn't there. They want to interview you with HR. How is that productive? If they don't select you, they won't let you know. They will reject you immediately after the interview if not selected. I've heard of nurses with 10 years of experience being treated this way. In my opinion, it looks like they aren't interviewing to hire. They are wasting people's time for some other obscure reason. This company is definitely the worst to interview with and says a lot about their culture. No thanks.
