The interview process was straightforward, but made me think. It was in person, and there were two people interviewing me; one was online and one was in the office. I was given a quick tour of the office.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied for this temp to perm gig via a recruiting agency and it moved super fast. I sent my application on a Tuesday in early Dec 2015, and the very next day, my recruiter set up a phone interview with the hiring manager for Wednesday. After that call, the hiring manager asked me to come in for an on-site interview the following Wednesday, and I was told to bring a writing sample. It took about two weeks after that (what with Christmas and New Year's breaks) to get the offer from the hiring manager.

Behavioral Technical

This was a phone interview; they emailed first requesting time and day. I was unprepared for this interview thinking I could do it without preparation so I learned a lesson from this interview which cost me the job or second, face to face interview. Overall these interviews at this company are looking for one or two things and if you do not seem to have this one thing (even though you have the 50 other things and 15 years experience) they start getting negative. Had two interviews with this company and both were negative.
