I applied for the Planning Analyst role and got questions in about 3-4 weeks. Then I got an interview invite 2 days after. The whole thing was great, they were super professional and nice. The first part was a panel interview that started with a case study. You'll need Excel or Google Sheets ready. You have an hour to work on it, and then you discuss the case study. The team asked really specific questions about situations to see if I fit the role. After that, I met with the director, and the last round was with the VP.

Way back in 2000, I was in India when Kaiser Permanente put out a paper ad for a rare skill back then, IEF/Cool Gen. The ad itself showed it was a wealthy company with the right tech investments. I sent my application to the consultant, which was followed by a technical questionnaire and another questionnaire. After I completed and returned those, the interview was set up at a 5-star hotel in Bangalore. There were two interview rounds conducted by experienced executives: one technical and one HR. Two weeks post-interview, the consultant contacted me with a non-negotiable salary offer. Although I felt the salary was low for California, it included benefits like Green Card Processing, a Permanent Job in the USA, and an excellent relocation package, covering the entire house contents for free. Despite my attempts to negotiate the salary, it was unsuccessful. I accepted the offer due to the opportunity to work in the USA, the Green Card Processing, the Permanent Job, and the relocation benefits. The relocation was seamless, with them even cleaning up the packing materials afterward. It was an excellent relocation experience and worked out very well.

I applied online and heard back from an HR recruiter within a week. The recruiter had me complete a detailed application that included behavioral and analytical questions. Then, they conducted a phone screen and set up an in-person interview with a panel of four people. The questions focused on my experience and were behavioral. This went really well, and everyone was nice and on time. Two weeks later, I came back for a second interview with a 12-person panel. For this round, I had to give a presentation based on a short data analysis I had to finish in an hour beforehand. It was all pretty straightforward and manageable, and everyone was consistently polite and friendly throughout. It was a challenging interview process, but it paid off in the end! I got my written offer less than two business days after the final interview.
