Behavioral Technical

It starts with a screening process where they'll ask you some preliminary questions about your experience, college courses, and availability. Then there's a technical interview about SAP terminologies and problems. The final interview is mostly behavioral, checking if you're a good fit for the company. The process is fast, which is a pro, but sometimes it might be hard to understand the interviewer, like in my case.

First, there was an online aptitude test. Then, a group discussion. After that, a technical interview where they asked about programs in any language you learned. Then an HR interview, just give broad answers. If you pass, you get hired as an intern, and then they'll make you permanent.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The Kaar Technologies interview process was a really good learning experience. It started with me introducing myself, then they asked me about SAP basics, my favorite programming languages, data structures and algorithms, and some simple coding problems. They also asked about my experience with real projects and how I solve problems. They threw in some non-technical HR questions too, like what my strengths and weaknesses are and what my career aspirations are. The panel was pretty chill and seemed more interested in checking out my technical knowledge and how I communicate.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you write a program to determine if a string reads the same forwards and backward, like a palindrome?
  • Could you provide code to generate the Fibonacci sequence?
