It was a pretty straightforward interview process. Started with an aptitude round that was kinda tough, covering math, quantity, time, and boat problems. Then we had a group discussion with 5 other people. The topic was about being a student councillor and suggesting changes to make college life easier for students. After that, there were two more rounds: one technical and one HR. The technical round was all about my resume, focusing on my SQL and Python skills. They even asked me to code a problem live – about a drunk person falling into a ditch. The last round was HR, with usual questions like relocation, night shifts, and higher studies plans. Overall, a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

It starts with a screening process where they'll ask you some preliminary questions about your experience, college courses, and availability. Then there's a technical interview about SAP terminologies and problems. The final interview is mostly behavioral, checking if you're a good fit for the company. The process is fast, which is a pro, but sometimes it might be hard to understand the interviewer, like in my case.

So the interview process started with an aptitude and coding assessment, which had some logic, quant, verbal stuff and coding questions in Java, C++, or Python. Then there was a Scribd group discussion where we had to talk about topics like 'Digitalization vs. Traditional Methods' or 'Impact of Artificial Intelligence' to check communication and leadership. After that, there were two technical interviews (L1 & L2) by GeeksforGeeks, covering data structures, algorithms, OOP, and SAP. Finally, a Glassdoor HR interview to see if I'm a good cultural fit and talk about career goals and company values.

Technical Group

The general on-campus recruitment process started with aptitude and a group discussion (GD). Then, there were two technical rounds, L1 and L2. This process was conducted for 260 students, with about half participating in each round at any given time. I first cleared the aptitude round, then the GD, which was followed by the L1 technical round. In L1, I was asked technical questions about my programming skills, SQL, and some SAP-related questions, as well as my knowledge of Kaar technologies.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the importance of customer relationships?
  • What is your understanding of Kaar technologies?
