first you talk to the team lead or office manager. they ask general questions about why you want to work there, your experience, and how you communicate. they are screening to see if you can be coached, if you're resilient, conscientious, and can listen well. then, you interview with the European Director, and it's pretty much the same kind of interview.

The interviewer chose to meet at a coffee shop to try and make me less anxious or uncomfortable, which I thought was a bit unprofessional because the place was noisy and it was hard to talk. The interviewer then asked me a lot of questions, some of which didn't seem related to the internship. The interviewer straight up told me I was underprepared and not as good as the previous person they interviewed, even though they decided to interview me in a more relaxed setting. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through the erasmusintern site and was contacted about 2 weeks later. First, I had a 45-minute chat with an HR recruiter, followed by a 30-minute talk with a manager. They asked about my experience, education, and how I handle stressful situations, as well as about the company. The whole process was hugely unprofessional and showed a lack of care for interns, which is surprising for a recruiting company. After the manager call, there was no contact for a month. Then a recruiter called with some information, but again, nothing for another month. Finally, a different person contacted me, promising to handle everything, but then also didn't follow up. It was totally unorganized and unprofessional. They could have just told me I was rejected instead of this awful experience. I would never want to work for them!
