So, I had an online interview first with some mid-level managers. They asked me stuff like, 'Walk us through your CV,' 'Why this role?', and 'Why this company?'. After that, I got this three-hour assessment, like a research thing, to do at home. Once I sent that back, they called me in for another interview at their office. This time, I had to present what I found to two senior managers and then answer their questions.

The HR coordinator reached out to schedule a first round interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager. It was pretty straightforward background/get to know you call. After completing that round, I had a second round interview with the Managing Director. That interview was a bit more thorough, and from what I recall discussed skillsets related to research and the job description. I didn't have any further rounds after that.

I went through six separate video interviews and a four hour written assessment. After the assessment, which was a month and a half ago, they asked me to do one more interview, but I passed on it. The whole thing felt overly formal and rigid. An interviewer mentioned they doubted I'd like the role, which I thought was weird. Still, I met some nice people who seem smart and dedicated.
