So first there was a preplacement talk presentation, then they shortlisted resumes based on our profiles and what they were looking for. After that, there was a personal interview with the HR, the city head, and the manager. The result was based on how I performed in that interview.

We were selected on campus for an operations internship. First, we had to fill out an application form for screening. After that, there was a Google Form, followed by a Zoom interview. The interview was quite tough; they just kept asking questions rapidly and timed our responses.

- If you have prior experience, please provide a detailed report on it.
- What is your understanding of the job description?

It started from an introduction and then went into work experience and all. Also talked about an extracurricular activity and interests. Discussed what I will bring to the table.
