After I applied and they contacted me, they took a month to set up the first interview. I had two interviews, one online and one in person. After the in-person one, they ghosted me for a month, blaming a broken phone and promising updates. I followed up twice with no reply. It's been over 6 months since I applied and I haven't heard back. They could have at least let me know I was rejected. Really unprofessional, they keep reposting the same job on LinkedIn for months.

This was a really bad experience, man. Took like 3 months and 3 interviews. Started with a 15 min phone screen, then a 30 min chat with the manager, and finally a 1-hour onsite with the department head. Everything moved super slow, and they were really rigid about interview times. No sense of urgency at all, especially for what seems like a junior role. Candidate experience was terrible. Makes you wonder how they treat their actual employees if this is how they treat people trying to get in.

It was a really long interview process, about 4 months. The hiring manager first told me about a three-step process, but then out of nowhere, they added a fourth step. They wanted my thoughts on some ESG platforms that were shortlisted from an RFP, and it was sprung on me last minute, like Friday for Monday. It felt less like part of the interview and more like they were just asking for free advice, using my knowledge of the market and the platforms, not really testing my skills. I sent them my feedback on time, but then heard nothing. They kept delaying the final decision, and eventually, I just got an email saying I wasn't the right fit and encouraged me to apply again. They didn't explain why. I put in a lot of time and effort, especially with that unexpected request for advice, and I responded professionally. Given Korber's reputation, I expected more feedback.

The interview was held on Microsoft Teams. A department reached out about my application, and two people from that specific department participated in the interview. They introduced themselves and their department. They also described the general work within their projects to give a direct idea of what to expect. Afterward, I introduced myself, and we had a very pleasant exchange. There were no test questions or anything like that – it was more of a 'getting to know each other' vibe, focusing on personalities. Very open, honest, and friendly!
