First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at K Health.
Product Manager
Had a screening interview, then talked to the hiring manager. After that, I interviewed with different teams, including engineering. There was a case study to work on for a new feature, which was time-consuming. This case study was then presented to a panel, and I also had an interview with the VP of Product.
- How do you handle situations with very limited time?
Product Manager
I had a panel interview with more than 5 people on the call. I had to give a presentation on the take-home assignment I was given. It was pretty disappointing because while I was presenting, people were coming in and out of the camera and I could see them taking notes on my presentation. It was obvious why they had a take-home assignment. I got an offer but declined because of this behavior. It wasn't a good look for the company.
- Can you present an idea, detailing its journey from ideation through go-to-market, including the process and execution?
Product Manager
The interview process wasn't clear and took place over a few weeks. I spoke with employees both in person and on Zoom, across different time zones. There was an interview with the team, then with SW and clinical people, followed by an interview with the Product VP. Then there was a product case roundtable and an HR interview.
- I was asked to complete a product case study for an application that did not involve healthcare or ML.
