We did this asynchronous interview thing where they asked 3 general questions, and you had 1 minute for each. They could be about times you showed a good quality like handling conflict, leading, or solving problems, or totally random stuff like your thoughts on a book or your fave quote and why it means something to you.

The interview process was good. It started with an online application, followed by an HR screening, a technical assessment, and then a panel interview with department heads. It ended with a final HR round, where they looked at skills, experience, and cultural fit.

I went through two interviews: first a technical round, then a panel interview. Both were straightforward and fairly easy, and I did great. My case moved to HR, who sent me a link for an IQ and cognitive test and asked for my documents. I did the test and sent my documents the next day. After 3-4 days of no response to my follow-up email, HR called to ask about my total experience, which I'd already told them was 7-8 months. They said future communication would be by email and I might get a lower position offer due to my experience. Since then, I've been ghosted after 4-5 follow-up emails and calls. A friend told me I was the top candidate, but HR didn't count my internship, making me short for the Assistant Manager role. It's strange they put me through rounds and a test knowing my qualifications from the start. The lack of communication and professionalism shows HR's incompetence at KE.

The process has three phases. First, a screening which involves checking your resume and an assessment. Then, the interview stage which includes two technical interviews, an HR interview, and a non-technical interview. Finally, a medical check. After the interview, they will need your educational documents, experience letter, CV, a passport-size picture, and salary slips for the last three months. Once you pass all that, you'll get an offer letter.
