It started with an online screening, then a zoom interview, and then an in person interview with two people at their physical location. The job was reposted two days after the in person interview and I got the rejection email after it had already been reposted. I get being told no, but it was a long process over the course of a month to be rejected. The store manager asked me "why would you even want to continue working retail?" which is a valid question but overall unprofessional.

They have a good, correct treatment, a pleasant environment. They ask you to send your resume, then they do a phone interview and if you pass, you go to an in-person interview, where they evaluate your resume and professional experience, ok

I went through 2 interviews for the assistant manager role. The first interview, the manager looked disheveled. She mentioned the interview was for a different position. The questions were standard. I was told she would be in touch, but I never heard back. I applied again and had a short phone interview with a gentleman from the east. Again, I was told it was for assistant manager. When I arrived for the interview, it was for a different position once more. The questions were different this time but okay. Again, I was told someone would let me know either way. I never heard back. It's very unprofessional not to even send an email or call.
