So, first, there was this formal chat with the head chef, just to see if I’d fit in and talk about the job stuff. Then, the fun part: a cooking challenge! I had about 30 minutes to an hour to whip up something tasty. The sous chef and head chef got to try my dish, and luckily, they loved it.
