Customer Service Representative
I spoke with Nilda the CEO and I really liked her from the beginning. I found out during the conversation she's a mother of two and she'll be really flexible with her employees' schedules so they can continue their education. We talked for about 15-20 minutes. She mentioned a second interview which is a day of shadowing. The company has amazing success and a big future ahead.
- Do you perform better working by yourself or as part of a group?
Customer Service Associate
After an initial brief interview, I was called back for a second round. This time, I was unexpectedly taken out of the office with another employee to experience the job firsthand. I wasn't informed beforehand that we'd be leaving the office, and only found out we were going to Irvington, NJ for street marketing when we were at the Metro station. The associate then asked if I had money for the train. This setup immediately raised red flags, and I told her I wasn't interested and left right away, deciding this wouldn't be a good company to work for.
- Can you tell me about the positive and negative aspects of your past work experience?
Customer Service Representative
The place was okay, it's a new company. I waited for over half an hour, and there were at least 7 other people there. The interview was alright, she mostly asked questions based on my resume. It's a marketing company, but they're only looking for sales people.
- What makes you want to work here?
- Would you be able to do marketing, go out, and meet people?
