There were a few steps and phone interviews. They kept asking the same questions. I felt they were trying to get competitive info about my company's brand launches since I work for a competitor. After a bunch of phone interviews, I had an in-person panel interview. They asked the same questions again. It was super unprofessional and awkward. Two weeks later, I got an email saying they filled the position and gave me no feedback. It seems like they're interviewing a lot of people fast, looking for the cheapest and least experienced hires. They'll waste your time and vacation days if you're job hunting. Given the industry's bad press about illnesses and their marketing to kids, I'm glad I didn't get an offer.

Calls, lots of calls. Probably 9 phone interviews. Was supposed to have a webcam interview but it got changed to a phone interview. It wasn't the hardest process I've been through but it wasn't easy either. It was just a long process. There would be 1-3 week gaps in between the calls as well which was confusing. Every time I felt like I did well on that interview I wouldn't hear from anyone for a few weeks and then I'd get a 24-48hr notice about another call. That was the most frustrating part.
