So I did a bunch of 30-min phone calls over about 2-3 weeks. Then they had me come in for a 4-hour in-person interview. The night before, they asked me to prep a presentation, which I stayed up late doing because of the short notice. After the interview, they said I'd hear back in 48 hours. A week later, I still hadn't heard anything, so they told me they'd give me an update by the end of that week. It's been almost a month since the in-person interview and I still haven't heard anything.

This was one of the worst candidate experiences I've ever had. JUUL recruiters ghost candidates. They ask for your availability for an onsite interview and then never set it up. They ask for more availability and then never get back to you. They keep you in the dark and never respond to your emails or phone calls. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and energy to deal with this mess.

Every step was amazing. Starting from the first chat with the senior recruiter, then the recruiting coordinator, followed by phone calls with the hiring manager and in-person meetings with the team - I felt welcomed, valued, and engaged throughout the whole process. It felt like they were looking for reasons why I would be a great fit for the team and the company (instead of trying to find reasons to reject me). Overall, it was an A+ interview experience!
