It was a 4-round process plus a written test. Each part lasted 30-45 minutes and there was time for questions at the end. I learned about what the company is focused on solving and how my role fits into the bigger picture.

I reached out to Justworks and they invited me to interview for a customer experience role. My first chat was with the hiring manager for about 30 mins. A few days later, I met the director of the department, two team members, and the recruiter one-on-one. They all seemed really nice and seemed to enjoy working there. The recruiter asked about my current salary and didn't know the salary for this role, which was a bit odd. About a week later, I was asked to interview with the CEO. The CEO interview was about 40 minutes and he seemed engaged. After not hearing back for over a week, I followed up via email. About 10 minutes later, I got a generic rejection email from a no-reply address. Given I interviewed for almost 4 hours and met the CEO, I was really disappointed by the impersonal rejection, especially after asking about salary earlier. I expected a call or at least a personalized email, like I've received from other companies when I didn't get the job after meeting with senior leadership.

So, first I had this phone interview with the CS manager for the shift. Then, we did a Skype interview, there were four people on it - her and three other staff members. The process was fine but I didn't get the job offer in the end, which was a bummer since I thought the interviews went well.
