Behavioral Case Presentation Other

Started with a TA reaching out to pitch the role, which I accepted. Then had a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I had a round robin with three hiring managers where I was asked about my past sales experience and some psychological/complex situation questions. The final round was a meet and greet with another hiring manager, followed by a role play involving cold outreach. I was initially told the final stage would be a powerpoint presentation, but the hiring manager said it wasn't necessary and I could just email it. Three days later, I was told I wouldn't be offered the role because I didn't complete the presentation and took 'no' for an answer too easily, which wasn't accurate given the conversation. This miscommunication led to me not getting the offer.

So, first there was this phone screening, just a chat about the job, the company, and my history. Then, they sent an email with a few test questions, like, actual account manager stuff, to see how I'd handle them. After that, I went in person. I met three managers, each for about 30 minutes, talking about my background, how my skills fit, and some standard interview questions. As I was leaving, the recruiter asked if I could stick around to meet more folks. Since I'd flown in, I was able to meet two more people for about 45 minutes each. We dove deeper into my goals, what motivated me at previous jobs, and more about Justworks.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a standard phone screen, then moved to a tag-team style one-on-one. Different people from the department came in to talk. They took notes, some on laptops, which was a bit distracting. An HR person joined at the end. If you moved forward, you'd then talk to the CEO. They were quick, and you'd know within a day or two.
