The process started with an initial screening with the Recruiter, followed by 3 interviews with hiring managers. It was structured as a panel, but the interviews were conducted separately over about 2 hours. There was a roleplay exercise, then another final round lasting around two more hours. The whole process felt long and quite unusual. The hiring managers seemed to misrepresent the role during the interviews, and I wouldn't recommend the role or the process to anyone, especially considering the prep time involved. When I inquired about feedback after not receiving an offer, there was no response. I'm surprised to have completed the entire process with every manager stating I was a good fit, only to be denied an offer. Despite the company's emphasis on diversity, transparency, and inclusion, it appears the organization may be lacking in these areas.

This was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I have taken part in. They have you do three rounds at all once and ask a lot of situational questions - no problem, except in the third round my interviewer no-showed. Get an email 20 minutes later blaming it on "issues with zoom" which is a ridiculous lie. Upon rescheduling, I am paired with a new interviewer who rushed through the interview and clearly wasn't giving me any time of day. Asked me a few BS surface level questions, very obvious he was just trying to get it over with. Received an email the next day saying they're not moving forward. If they treat people who are interviewing like that, I can only imagine how they treat their employees...

The interview process at Justworks was really professional and they were super clear about everything. They always got back to emails fast, and all the interviewers were really respectful. For me, it went like this: first a phone screen with the recruiter, then two Skype interviews, and finally an onsite interview. Overall, it was a good experience.
