First, I had a phone call with HR, which went fine. Then, I had a video interview with the Project Manager. Unfortunately, I didn't get picked after that. The HR person took a while to get back to me, but it turns out she was sick.

I applied through LinkedIn and got an email to schedule the first screening call. It was a nice chat with the TA/Recruiter, covering general stuff and my PM experience. After that, I had an online assessment with three parts: logic, math, and reading comprehension. I moved on to the next round and met with a Sr. Project Manager and the Team Manager via video call. This interview was super tough, and I didn't do well, so my process ended there. They seemed like smart people and a fun team, though!

The screening interview went well, and they sent a follow-up email saying I should hear from them soon. However, for this senior role, nothing happened for several weeks. This was during the acquisition by Prosus. I was also in a similar situation (ghosting) for a junior role during the merging with Just Eat. It's easy to keep candidates updated, even during big organizational changes.
