It was pretty straightforward and they made me feel comfortable the whole time. They seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and they definitely wanted me to ask questions at the end, which they seemed to appreciate.

Had a phone call with Talent Acquisition to set up the first interview with HR. Then had an HR interview which was basic, asking why I wanted to work for Just Eat and about my experience. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager where they asked about my experience and why I wanted to work for Just Eat, and they said I'd move to the next stage. I waited a couple of weeks for the next interview to be organised, and when I chased them, HR called back to say they'd be in touch to organise it, but then I was ghosted. After a month of no response, I chased again with still no reply. It was a pretty terrible experience, especially after two rounds, as an email saying they weren't progressing my application would have been the minimum they could do. Don't bother applying, they've reposted the job multiple times since.
