I had several meetings with senior staff, including the president, VP, and other managers. These included phone calls and individual interviews. The atmosphere was relaxed and not intimidating. You get to meet some of the people you'll be working with and ask them questions, depending on the specific area you're interviewing for.

Behavioral Presentation

There are 2 visits for the interviews. First, you'll meet with HR to discuss the role. Then, you'll have meetings with senior management. After that, you'll face a panel of 3-4 peers. If everything goes well, you'll be invited back to meet the President. The team discusses candidates; peers give input but don't vote. Offers are made over the phone. Decisions are pretty fast, but they wait until everyone's interviewed.

Presentation Behavioral

I went through three interviews, one of which was a presentation. After that, I didn't hear back by the expected date, and I had to follow up. Eventually, I got a generic rejection two weeks after they said I'd hear back. It's a bit inconsiderate, in my opinion.
