First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Junglee Games.
Software Development Engineer in Test
It was a 4-stage process. First, a round with coding questions and some technical MCQs. Then two technical interviews, followed by an HR round. It was pretty straightforward, focusing on my resume projects, with some questions on OOPS, OS, and CN. Each technical interview included a coding question where I had to write an algorithm to solve it.
- Tell me about Dijkstra's algorithm
- What is the difference between a child process and an orphan process?
- Explain the difference between TCP and UDP.
Software Development Engineer in Test
First, there was a Hacker Rank Test. Then, Technical 1 happened which involved 2 DSA questions, 3 DBMS questions, Linux commands, logical questions, and a project discussion. After that, Technical 2 was conducted, which had 1 DSA question, 1 logical question, and a project discussion.
- Can you group anagrams and detect a cycle in a linked list?
- How would you sort an array that has been rotated?
Software Development Engineer In Test
So, they started off with introductions, then they really dug into the projects listed on my resume. They grilled me hard on those projects. After that, we moved on to some logical, riddle-like questions. To wrap it up, they gave me two coding questions to solve.
- How do you manage if you're given many tasks simultaneously?
- Tell me about the projects on your resume.
- What was your contribution to these projects?
