Software Engineer
So, the process started with an online assessment which had 3 coding questions about strings and arrays. Even though I didn't pass all the test cases, I got shortlisted because my resume was a good fit. After that, there were two technical interviews, but I didn't make it past the first one. Finally, there was an HR interview.
- Could you explain OOPs concepts like inheritance and abstraction?
- Given an array of a number sequence, how would you find the missing element? (The interviewer wasn't happy with a greedy approach.)
- Tell me about your projects.
Software Engineer
The initial stage was a bar raiser interview. The interviewer asked about go routines and threw in two medium DSA questions. I explained my approach and attempted to code the Go problem; my approach was right but I couldn't submit the code. However, I managed to solve both the DSA problems.
- Can you implement a design pattern in Go?
- How would you print all permutations?
- Find all subarrays that sum up to a given value.
Software Engineer
About the questions related to Resume. About favorite subject and why. Then least favorite subject and why so. SQL based questions. About projects what I have done in my academics. Questions based on the code I have written before interview.
- Can you explain the ACID properties in DBMS?
- What is your favorite subject and the reason for it?
- Which subject do you like the least and why?
