Analyst
The interview process was really straightforward and easy to understand. They didn't ask any extra or unnecessary questions, and the people were nice, contributing to a good overall vibe. I was expecting more technical questions, but perhaps they weren't essential for this specific role. Regardless, I would consider working for them and would recommend this company.
- How would you calculate a moving average?
Customer Success Manager
I applied online via LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter about 7 days later who asked for my availability for a Google Meets screening. The recruiter was a bit late for our 15-minute call and immediately pointed out that most of my experience is in healthcare, questioning if I had the necessary background. While my last two years were in healthcare, my 10+ years prior experience is in SaaS/Tech, suggesting the recruiter didn't really review my resume. Despite this, they scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very cold and unpleasant. She asked about 10 generic questions, mostly "Tell me about a time you...". None were overly challenging, but I don't recall specifics. The whole experience felt off, filled with red flags, so I mostly treated it as practice. Nobody seemed enthusiastic about working there, and nothing said made me want the job. They ghosted me afterward, so I assume I didn't get an offer, though I wouldn't have accepted. Based on my interview experience, their Glassdoor reviews seem pretty accurate.

Business Development Representative
After an initial phone screen, you might have to interview with several different managers because they could have open positions on various teams. This means you'll have to repeat the entire interview process with each manager, answering the same questions, just to see if they connect with you, rather than having one streamlined process where your experience is summarized and you're directed to the right role.
- Can you describe how you currently monitor success using KPI metrics?
Account Executive
I had a first phone call with the recruiter. Then, I had an interview for the AE position less than 24 hours later, while I was also working at night. I didn't have much time to prepare. The interview seemed unorganized and like the questions were made up on the spot, though I thought it went well on my end. The interviewer sounded rushed because she had another meeting, which didn't help. After that, I received no communication. I sent an email thanking them and highlighting more of my skills and why I'd be a good fit, but got no response. I got an automated email saying I didn't make it, which was fine, so I emailed them saying I'd be happy to start as a BDR. No response. I also emailed asking for advice on what I could have done better. No response. Based on reviews, it seems like I may have dodged a bullet, with issues like salary reductions for current employees and management treating people poorly.
- Can you explain how you manage your sales pipeline?
- When you're falling behind at work, what skills do you use to catch up?
- Walk me through your process for handling objections.
