It was a pathetic waste of time. They don't listen to your answers, and if you question them, they don't have answers. Most of the time, they just talk amongst themselves instead of listening to the interviewee.

It was a couple of phone interviews and then an in-person interview. They also gave some "homework" to check if I could do the job, it wasn't too hard though. The interview wasn't super organized, but I heard they changed it up for new people.

The interview process was pretty long, with 3 rounds. It started with a recruiter screening, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally a session with the team members. The last interview was a 3-hour marathon. They gave me an assignment to check my skills in LDAP and API implementations. It was moderately tough, but their website had all the documentation needed. Funny thing is, at the end, they said my skills weren't good enough, even though everyone in the last interview gave me 'great job' feedback on the assignment. One person even said I was a perfect fit. Weird, right?
