The interview process was really smooth and everyone I interacted with, from the developers to the technical managers, was great. However, the HR person was unfortunately not pleasant. After I passed four interviews, I emailed her numerous times, but she eventually informed me that the position was on hold.

I'm very disappointed. JumpCloud made me an offer and then proceeded to perform a background check. Twenty-five days later, on the friday before my first day of work, they decided that because I was a no-rehire in a past job and also because no one replied their email in another job, I was not eligible for working with them. It is their policy they say, but I didn't hear that policy before. Very disappointing. I'm also frustrated because I'm now left to deal with looking for a job at the last minute to pay the bills. My suggestion to the company is this: be upfront and realize that you are dealing with real people. My suggestion to potential candidates: tread lightly.

I applied online and my resume was shortlisted. Then I had an initial screening call for 30 minutes to talk about my background and rate myself on technologies. After that, I had a 45-minute call with the hiring manager where we discussed my past roles and responsibilities in detail, so I made sure to review my previous projects. Next was a technical assessment on Codility with 3 medium-difficulty coding questions, and I had 12 hours to complete it. Then, I had a 1.5-hour technical interview with two senior engineers, focusing on my projects and including 2-3 easy to medium coding problems. The last round was a 45-minute cultural fit interview with the VP of Engineering, discussing my professional values, teamwork, and goals. Finally, HR called me with the offer. The whole process took about 5 weeks.

Can you implement a feature that accepts JSON 'actions' and computes the average completion time for them, like {'jump': 100'}? As new actions are processed, the running average should be updated. Also, provide a way to return the average time of all actions in a JSON format. Ensure thread safety for concurrent access.
