The interview process was pretty straightforward and good. I went through 2 stages. First, I spoke with an Account Executive, and then I had a conversation with the VP of Sales. They both asked me about my past experience as an SDR and my thoughts on Jumpcloud.

The interview process was chill and straightforward. It involved three interviews: one with the recruiter, one with the SDR manager, and a final one with the AE manager. They were all pretty relaxed and focused on getting a feel for personality and how well I'd fit the role.

The interview was three rounds. First round is kinda a formality to get to know you, and the questions get harder with each interview. By the end, you should know the product really well and where the company is headed.
