Coding Technical

I applied for the Python role. They screened my CV, then I did an online assessment. After that, there was a first round interview, and then I believe an onsite with 3 separate interviews. I actually did the OA last year and they shortlisted me for the future, so I skipped that and went straight to the first round interview.

System Design Other

So, first up was a system design interview, and after that, I was given a take-home assignment. What's a bit of a bummer is that the recruiter never really kept me in the loop directly. I ended up finding out about not moving forward from a third-party vendor. Honestly, if you're going to give an experienced engineer a take-home task, the least you can do is communicate the outcome, ideally with some feedback.

Technical Coding Behavioral

So, first up, there's a chill chat with HR to get a feel for your background. After that, the real deal begins with two main parts. The first part is all about your tech skills. Then, the second part has four different chats: two more tech deep dives, one where they see how you handle things (behavioral), and a final one with a leader.
