We start with an online application, then they look at your CV. After that, it's either an online assessment or a Hirevue (video interview), followed by interviews, and then a super day. If everything goes well, you get an offer.

After submitting the application, I received a response 3-4 weeks later. It seems all applications are manually reviewed. First, there was an online assessment where I had to answer questions about myself, which were recorded. This was time-limited but quite easy compared to other companies. Then, I had the first interview round with my potential manager on-site, lasting 45-60 minutes. This involved questions about my CV, behavioral aspects, and culture fit. The second interview round was on-site with a team member for 30 minutes. This had many technical questions, but they were fairly simple. The third interview round was on-site with HR for 30-60 minutes. These were basic HR questions, and if you've reached this point, this round is usually easy. Finally, there was a fourth interview round with the department head, who is my boss's boss.

  • The questions weren't too difficult if you have the relevant background, but they place a lot of emphasis on soft skills. How you come across to others is very important and sometimes more critical than hard skills. I had a pleasant and friendly interview process.

The HireVue was pretty user-friendly. I will have a 1-hour HR interview, and then technical interviews. The process is not very quick, but we are kept informed about our application status.
