Cashier
So my interview was pretty easy well for me atleast. Anyways I walked in and asked for an application and ofcourse asked if they were hiring and talked to the manager and introduced myself. The manager was really nice and professional. I am very bubbly and have about 3 years of experience in retail So i knew my way around the mall. I am a female 19 years old by the way. Anyhow she shook my hand and told me to fill it out and needed atleast 2 professional references. I brought my application right away and thanked her for her time. She gave me a on the spot interview and set me up for the next day. The girl that interviewed me was a supervisor and she was great and so easy to talk to as well i shared my past experience and told her about myself. We talked about fashion and honestly it was like talking to one of my girlfriends. Ofcourse i kept it profesional and gave her examples and answered them with honesty. Well when we finished she told me they would call me back that monday which was after the weekend since my interview was on a friday. It took only took 2 days saturday and sunday and i recieve a call and they offered me a position. I was happy i love this company great place to work!

Store Manager
I interviewed with the DM, who was late. The RM cancelled our scheduled interview last minute due to 'corporate issues'. The DM said she'd reschedule but never did. After a week, I emailed, and she said the RM already chose someone and wasn't aware of our prior contact. It was a mess. Given this, I'm glad I didn't get an offer, as it reflects how the company treats employees. But it gets better. Despite 13+ years in luxury management, I applied for the Assistant Manager role. I was told the Store Manager would call me. Days later, I spoke with the Store Manager who, apparently not having my resume, offered me a sales position instead.

Product Development
I met with the Director in March, and then didn't get an offer until August. In between, I interviewed with two VPs, the Design Director, and the Director of HR. My first chat was with the Director where I discussed styles I'd seen on the Juicy website that I thought were best sellers because I found so many versions of them. That went well and the Director was impressed. The other interviews were all about how I could boost product standards and profitability. If you're interviewing for Product Development, be ready to chat about negotiation, profitability, and working with factories overseas. Also, really important is how you handle working with your direct reports and other teams you'll work with.

Sales Associate
It was a two-step interview process. The first step involved meeting with three other candidates where the assistant and store manager asked us behavioral questions. It was fun, and only two of us moved on. The second interview was more of a confirmation that I got the job, where they discussed the requirements and dress code. The expectation is to look "Juicy," which means dressing in a style that fits the brand, being well-presented, and focusing on sales.
