First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Joyson Safety Systems.
Jovem Aprendiz
First, there's a group interview where they explain the job, duties, and perks. After the explanation, they give you a form to fill out with your info and another one for a written essay answering personal questions already on the sheet. Then, they call each candidate for a one-on-one chat, and at the end, they mention that if you pass, you'll have an interview with the manager.
- Most questions were personal, related to the essay I wrote, so I think it depends a lot on what you put on the form.
- Besides that, there were questions like: How is your organization?
- What do you plan to do with the salary?
Intern
The whole process started with a phone interview where they asked basic questions like 'tell me what you know about the company'. Then I had an in-person interview with a few people. It was a pretty standard interview where you walk the interviewer through your resume and such. I got called back for a second interview.
- Why are you interested in this role, given that your academic background isn't a direct match?
- Tell me why you are interested in this position, since your academic background does not directly align?
Intern
It was a very slow and very accessible interview process. They were friendly at all times. The questions gave time to answer and they didn't rush the interview. They also gave you time to chat with them.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
