It was okay, they asked me about Autosar and some C basics problems. These problems were related to bits and shifts, pointers, and volatile and const. They also asked about memory allocation, how to use it, define, null pointers, shorts, and my general knowledge about my work.

So far just a phone interview, but I'm waiting to hear back about an in-person interview that will include a site visit. The phone call was about a half hour, mostly me selling myself and going over my resume. It seems like the company is going through a lot of changes right now, with new HR people and the hiring manager just got promoted into her role because her boss left suddenly. The person who did the phone interview has only been here two weeks! I'm hoping these changes are good, because some of the company reviews I've read are making me a bit hesitant.

I applied for a job and was supposed to have a second interview, I had started preparing to travel internationally for it but it was canceled out of the blue. It took them over a month to tell me I was rejected, which left me wondering about my application status. The HR department didn't communicate well or clearly, making the whole experience frustrating. While I know companies have to make hard choices, the way this was handled felt unprofessional and disorganized. I hope they can communicate and be more transparent with candidates in the future, especially those making travel plans.

First, there's a group interview where they explain the job, duties, and perks. After the explanation, they give you a form to fill out with your info and another one for a written essay answering personal questions already on the sheet. Then, they call each candidate for a one-on-one chat, and at the end, they mention that if you pass, you'll have an interview with the manager.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Most questions were personal, related to the essay I wrote, so I think it depends a lot on what you put on the form.
  • Besides that, there were questions like: How is your organization?
  • What do you plan to do with the salary?
