I started as a sales associate. I did a lot of calling until I got an interview. The interview was pretty simple, they were hiring for Black Friday, so it was easy for me to get hired. After the interview, I just put my info into the system and started working the next week. That was three years ago, and as far as I know, not much has changed.

It was a panel, group interview. They asked me to sell a pencil, and also what to offer besides shoes. The managers were casual and friendly. They were receptive to questions, very attentive, and went individually with each question. About 8 questions were asked in total.
