You'll have two in-person interviews, one with each of the managers, and then you might have one with a sales lead. They'll ask you different questions about retail and your skills. Some questions might be about your favorite shoes and if you know what brands Journeys sells.

I got a call for an interview and during the interview they offered me to be a co manager since I had previous managing experience. They had me come in for a second interview. I wasn't told it'd be a group interview. Another person came in and they had previous experience working for journey's. They read questions off a piece of paper, asked her mainly easy ones and ones that were a little harder for me. As I was answering, they were not paying attention to me. I mentioned one thing a few times throughout my answers and a few questions later they asked me "you had that at your old job?" and I was frustrated since I had already mentioned that a few times before. They were already set on the other person who already had experience but no brains. This was my second time applying and interviewing for journey's, the one before acted the same way when I was interviewing with them. I still haven't received a call from them, so I am not sure if I will.

The interview process was really in-depth, and overall, I had good feelings about the company and the position. AMIT was very thorough and made me feel comfortable during the interview process. They made advancement within the company sound very plausible and achievable.
