So, at Josh Technology Group for full-time roles, it's mostly about technical tests. First, there was an online assessment, kind of a test that checked my problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms knowledge. After I passed that coding test, the next step was a website-building round. They wanted me to build a working web app in a set amount of time. This round really looked at my frontend basics, how I structure things logically, the quality of my code, and if I get UI/UX. I finished the website-building part, but sadly, I didn't make it to the next interviews. Even though I didn't go further, it was useful because I got what they're looking for: good code structure, solid problem-solving, and skills for real-world frontend work. It also showed me what I need to get better at for the future.

So the interview process went like this: first they looked at my resume to shortlist. then we had some dsa rounds where they asked for pseudo code and also some html css and js debugging and output prediction questions. after that there was another dsa round with 3 coding questions. the next step was a machine coding round, where they gave me a figma design and i had 2 days to build a responsive frontend website using react.js. finally, there was an interview.

There were 7 rounds of interviews: Front-end MCQs, Coding round, Assessment, Coding round 2, Assessment 2, Technical Interview, and HR interview. They seem to reject most candidates before the interview round, which is what they usually do. They don't ask about ReactJS or NextJS even if you know them; they focus on in-depth HTML, CSS, and JS concepts. It felt biased, like they have specific students from certain universities in mind. One exceptionally talented person I know was rejected in the first assessment round despite doing better than me.
