I went through the campus drive for this company. The first round was an aptitude test, followed by an MCQ test that covered CS fundamentals, web development, and basic microservices questions. After that, 17 students, including myself, were invited to the company for more rounds. Once at the company, there was another aptitude test which I passed. The next round involved creating a document about a project management system.

They asked me Power BI related questions and we discussed my previous projects. I was asked about the problems I faced during those projects. They gave me advance level case studies. The interviewer was quite friendly and made the environment very comfortable.

So, at Josh Technology Group, the Business Analyst interview process is usually about 3 to 4 rounds. It kicks off with an online test that checks your aptitude and analytical skills. You'll see questions on quantitative reasoning, logic puzzles, how you interpret data, and maybe some basic SQL or Excel. If you do well, the next stage is a case study and guesstimate round. They want to see how you think structurally, solve problems, and apply business logic to real situations. After that, there's a technical round. This one's all about SQL queries, Excel stuff like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and understanding key business metrics like DAU, retention, and churn. The very last part is the HR/behavioral round. Here, they look at your communication, how you work in a team, why you want to be a BA, and if you'll fit into Josh Technology's quick, product-focused vibe.
