I had my first interview with a store manager who seemed stressed and wasn't sure what to ask me, and she interviewed me in a changing room. After that, she had me style some suits and said her regional manager would call me. It took weeks, but eventually, a regional manager scheduled another interview at a different location, and that one went well. She mentioned I'd need to interview with her colleague who shares the territory. Again, it took weeks to schedule, and it was at another store. He was 30 minutes late, seemed uninterested, asked me one question, and then left. No one ever contacted me or returned my messages about the job status. It was unprofessional and disorganized.

The interview process involves asking open-ended questions to understand how you would recommend products that better suit the customer and learn about current styles. You'll also be evaluated on your ability to be a team leader and a good supervisor. We want to see that you're always trying to learn new things, like how to use computers, how to clean, how to fold clothes, and how to measure them. There will also be training videos to watch.

You'll have interviews with the RSD and Zone VP. After that, there's a background check and analysis. Then some more words to put in here because of the silly word minimum that makes the applicant have to type more words.
