The interview process felt excessively long and drawn out. Although the interviewer seemed friendly, there were four rounds in total, and I ultimately didn't get the job. A heads-up for anyone interviewing here: be aware that they seem to be friendly with everyone, so it's wise to keep applying to other positions simultaneously.

The HR recruiter didn't contact me for the initial phone screen, which is weird. I emailed them a few times and didn't get a response for over a day. I had to leave work early for that call, so it was super frustrating. After the screening, I had another phone interview with the head of the team. It took two weeks to hear back, way longer than the head of the team said I would hear back. The questions were really basic, and the head of the team seemed totally checked out during our chat. Not sure if HR is short-staffed or just messy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since I feel like I didn't mess up.

It was thorough, and they were really open. They really took their time to make sure I was a good match for the role not just now, but also for the future. We had a phone screen, then a video call, and then 2 in-person interviews.
