Had a 4 stage interview process, starting with HR, then the Hiring Manager, followed by a peer interview, and finally a Director level interview. The questions were pretty standard and not too difficult. However, the process was quite messy overall because the position was ultimately closed after I had been interviewing for months.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This was a COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME interview process. It wasn't too hard and was interesting to learn more about the company, but if my profile wasn't a fit from the beginning, they should have just said so. I ended up having 6 interviews over about 4 weeks with different people. One interview felt like just chatting on Teams instead of a real conversation, which was rude and immature. After all this, I got a courtesy call saying I wasn't selected because there were stronger candidates. The recruiter couldn't explain it professionally and it felt childish when they said they'd consider me for other roles because they liked me. It also felt like connections (friends or family) were a factor. What seemed like a dynamic company turned out to be the most assertive & discriminatory interview process I've experienced. Being interviewed by people I wouldn't report to made me think management is too weak to make decisions. They call it a chance to meet colleagues, but it's a waste of time meeting 4-5 different people. The leadership seemed arrogant too.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was well-structured, offering chances to meet various team members and engage in meaningful discussions. Initially, there was a screening with HR to go over background, capabilities, industry interest, and motivation for joining Joor. This was followed by an interview with the Regional CS Manager, who is the hiring manager, covering the same points but also including some sales-related behavioral questions. Finally, a panel interview with four distinct meetings took place. Each session had a unique theme, and besides sharing your background, skills, and company interest, you'd face behavioral questions tailored to that theme (e.g., sales, problem-solving, cross-functional). Everyone was quite welcoming and provided ample time for questions at the end. Behavioral questions were posed, with STAR method answers expected.
