Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved meeting with the manager of project assistants/paralegals, a current project assistant, a staff attorney, and the HR manager. While everyone was very nice, the interview spanned two days and about 4.5 hours in total. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them after the interviews. They had requested my availability for the following week to meet with attorneys, but I never received a response. I understand not getting the job, but it felt unprofessional to keep me in the process for three weeks and then not follow up at all, whether it was to offer employment or not. Fortunately, I was hired by another firm the next week.

I applied online, then got a call a few weeks later for a quick phone chat. After that, I went in person. I met the hiring manager and then three attorneys in the department I was interested in (one used to be a Project Assistant). Then, an HR person talked about salary and benefits. They offered me the job about a month later, but I took another offer. Jones Day really impressed me though.
