Applied online and passed the assessment. Then had an initial HR interview and passed it. I was told to wait for an email for the final interview schedule. But instead, I got an email saying my application would be put on file. I understand this if I failed the assessment or initial interview, but I passed both. There was no reason to put my application on file without a final interview. I'm upset because I wasn't given a chance to prove my capabilities through a final interview, especially since I'm not applying for a managerial position, but a management trainee role. It feels unfair. Whoever turned down my application after I passed both the assessment and initial interview, I hope your manager sees this review and notices you have bad staff who didn't have any valid reason to turn down an applicant who, by all accounts, passed the assessment and initial interview.
