Applied online and passed the assessment. Then had an initial HR interview and passed it. I was told to wait for an email for the final interview schedule. But instead, I got an email saying my application would be put on file. I understand this if I failed the assessment or initial interview, but I passed both. There was no reason to put my application on file without a final interview. I'm upset because I wasn't given a chance to prove my capabilities through a final interview, especially since I'm not applying for a managerial position, but a management trainee role. It feels unfair. Whoever turned down my application after I passed both the assessment and initial interview, I hope your manager sees this review and notices you have bad staff who didn't have any valid reason to turn down an applicant who, by all accounts, passed the assessment and initial interview. Bad recruitment process.

The interview process is friendly and it will allow you to think before you talk. The employer is friendly while conducting the interview. What I didn't like about is that He interview me about my personal life.

The process started with a timed exam of 50 items, and I got the results after a couple of hours. The next day, I had an online exam with over 300 items. It had four parts, and only the logic exam (1 hour) was timed. Two weeks later, I received the results and a schedule for an initial interview. They asked common interview questions, and the interviewer mentioned that a call within two weeks would mean I passed. However, I didn't make it to the final interview.
