This was a complete waste of my time as they were unorganized and not even looking to hire. It did teach me a lesson to trust my gut. I was called back for a fourth interview with no idea of the starting salary, which is when the red flags were raised. I should have ghosted them then. They never sent me an email or a letter and thought nothing of wasting my time.

I had a great chat with the general manager for a few locations. We really clicked, and I got to learn more about the company. They seem like a solid, well-established company that does things right. I felt comfortable talking to him, and he was keen to know about me. Like I said, it went well and we hit it off. He's a great guy. Things didn't pan out for other reasons, but it was a good experience overall.

It was a pretty thorough process, not bad though. There were three interviews. First was just me and one interviewer. Second one had the head of HR, the GM, and the Operations Manager. Third interview was with the head of HR and the owners.
